    The IC-AIMEES 2027 offers a range of flexible attendance and presentation options to accommodate participants from diverse backgrounds and locations. Choose the mode that best fits your needs:

    On-site Attendance

    • Full Conference Pass: Participate in all sessions, workshops, networking events, and social activities. This option provides maximum engagement with speakers and fellow attendees.
    • Single Day Pass: Ideal for those with time constraints, this pass allows you to attend one full day of the conference, including all sessions and activities scheduled for that day.

    Virtual Attendance

    • Virtual Conference Pass: Access live-streamed sessions, participate in virtual workshops, and engage in online networking opportunities from the comfort of your location.

    Presentation Options

    • Oral Presentation (On-site)：Present your research in person at the conference venue, engage directly with participants, and take part in a real-time question-and-answer session following your presentation.
    • Virtual Oral Presentation：Authors may choose to submit a pre-recorded presentation video. The video must be submitted to the Organizing Committee by email no later than three weeks before the conference. Authors choosing this option should contact the Organizing Committee in advance. Detailed recording, formatting, and submission requirements will then be provided by email.
    • Poster Presentation (On-site)：Display your research poster at the conference venue and engage in direct, one-to-one discussions with participants during the designated poster session.
    • Virtual Poster Presentation：Submit a digital version of your research poster for online display and access by virtual participants. Virtual poster presenters may also participate in the designated online discussion activities.

    Important Notice for On-site Participation

    • Due to the limited capacity of the conference venue, all participants wishing to attend or present on site must submit an application to the Organizing Committee in advance. On-site participation is subject to confirmation by the Organizing Committee.

  • Publication

    ALL ACCEPTED SUBMISSIONS OF THE CONFERENCE HAVE THE FOLLOWING PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES

    Proceedings Publication

    Accepted and registered full papers from the 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Modern Engineering and Environmental Sustainability (IC-AIMEES 2027) will be considered for publication in the official conference proceedings, subject to successful peer review, completion of required revisions, similarity screening, and final editorial approval.

    Following publication, the proceedings will be submitted for evaluation or discovery by relevant academic services, including the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, Google Scholar, CNKI Scholar, and other scholarly databases.

    Where applicable, each published paper will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered through Crossref.

    Please note that submission to an indexing or discovery service does not guarantee inclusion. Each service applies its own evaluation criteria, editorial policies, technical requirements, and processing schedules. The conference organisers and publisher cannot guarantee the outcome or timing of third-party indexing.

    Publication schedules may vary according to the completion of peer review, author revisions, registration, editorial processing, and production requirements.

    We will provide you with the opportunity to publish your paper in various Web of Science, Scopus, and international indexed journals.
